GLUETON GLUE

Glueton produces vinyl glues in water dispersion, based on PVAc and vinylethylene copolymers without solvents and without dangerous substances.

We offer ready-to-use glues for a vast range of applications, from paper converting to wood, even for food contact.

Our vinyl glues are produced according to DIN EN 204, with classification from D2 to D4. D2 vinyl glues are suitable for bonding indoors, while D4 glues are resistant to atmospheric agents and boiling water.

Application areas

Paper converting

We have developed a range of glues for each stage of joining and forming paper and cardboard products. The vinyl glues of the Blanka series can be applied by spray, roller or disc on any type of surface. These vinyl glues for paper converting are used for the coupling of cardboard, microwave and other materials. Ideal for gluing with automatic machines, even at high cadence, and for manual gluing.

Packaging

We produce water-based vinyl glues, without solvents or harmful substances, capable of gluing on difficult substrates due to porosity or wettability. The Blanka glue series was specially developed for the packing and packaging industry. These vinyl glues are used for gluing boxes, trays, bags and for making windows and paper/aluminium gluing. Our glues are also particularly popular for gluing bag bottoms, longitudinal supports, patches and bag handles.

bookbindery

We are able to supply adhesives in water dispersion, both homopolymers and copolymers, specific for use in bookbinding machinery.
Our technicians have developed glues that do not drip, suitable for cover and raising machines and for all stages of book and magazine production.

Wood

Our PVAc-based vinyl glues comply with the EN 204 standard, with classification from D2 to D4. For gluing wood to wood or other difficult materials. They are adhesives based on PVAc and vinyl ethylene copolymers (EVA), suitable for ennobling, assembly, veneering and various carpentry jobs.
All our vinyl glues for wood comply with European and American regulations for formaldehyde emissions.

Food

Our chemists have formulated adhesives specifically designed for the food sector. Adhesives identified as suitable for food contact packaging can be used in various applications. All our adhesives for the food sector are safe and comply with European and American regulations.
